On Monday the 16th December i purchased a bedroom suit cash from OK Steeldale. I was told that i might be delivered the same day, but nothing, came the next day i had to keep on phoning to find out the wherabouts of my goods, they eventually delivered at about 7PM in the rain. the dressing table was damaged and i called them to replace it. Now again i have been phoning the whole day. It is now 3:24PM and i am still waiting for a response. This service is totally unacceptable. Why cant no one give me an answer or should i cancel the deal all together and go where i will get service
