Dion Wired
Selling of product with wrong information

To whom it may concern.

I purchased a PSP vita for my daughter on 23 December2013, after the salesman convinced me to buy it as it was a much better than the PSP street.
I was explained that I get the console, a 8gb memory card that has six games on it. It was not so, the memory card has no games, it has to be downloaded.
I went back to the store on the 26 December 2013, to ask the salesman why he said that there are six games loaded on the memory card as it is not so, he apologised as that was what he thought, and was told to leave the item with them so that they can download the content, and it would take 5-6 hours. Another salesman said its my fault I should read the package, he had an bad attitude, so I politely asked for the items I bought and left as my daughter was with me and to prevent an argument.
My problem is that I bought a devise that was recommended by a Dion's, salesman, it cost twice as much as the one I originally went to buy, but was told it is a better deal as I get six games.
I did not receive six games, and that was the whole reason why I bought it.

I only have one child, she deserved her present, not something that she cant use.
