False Promises from Kalahari
I made a order on the 9th of October on a 2 Xbox games which was in stock and next day delivery .Well the next day I checked and the expected delivery date was changed to 3 days later .after that the expected delivery date was changed 4 times and I was only at the last changed informed via Email.I also send a email to their support email address but never got an reply. .the 30th I logged a complaint on hello peter and was contacted the 31st by a customer care consultant saying they are sorry as there was no stock and they are trying to source new stock from the supplier .She also said she will keep me updated which never happened.Well yesterday I got the on game and decided I am no longer going to wait for the other one so today i cancelled it and wanted to order another one that is in stock but was told now I have to wait 3 days for my account to be credited which is ridiculous as I wanted to order another game online form Kalahari .I am now at the point where I am no longer going to support them as they are making false promises and not delivering on their promises.I alos wonder how much other customers money is lying in a account while they are waiting for their products.
