I have bought a Lisa coffee table which was damaged and I did report the fault within a day of delivery. I was advised by the complaints department that I needed to a picture of the damaged area and visit their branch. I have clearly stated that I'm unable to as I work in another city and it will be an inconvenience. I have requested that I send someone on my behalf and guess what she was not assisted. I eventually walked into their store on the 08/12/13 and spoke to Charlene again who advised me that her complaints clerk is not in. I request that they pick up the goods as Im no longer interested. I cannot afford to pay for something that Im unable to use and even worst Im paying for the insurance. What a service.
