I was cross and wanted to tell the whole of SA about this bad product but now I'm just very disappointed. I have adjusted my fridge as you instructed the previous poster to do but still the cubes don't freeze. I've tried putting it in a family member fridge but still it just get very cold.
I wanted my money back but after seeing the disappointment on the kids faces I just really want it to work.
What should I do. Even if it is my freezer I've just wasted R100. You should say it you adverts certain freezers only. How can I claim my money back
