Firstly, it is a pleasure shopping at the Dischem at Raslouw Lifestyle compared to the Dischem in Centurion - Centurion is too small for capacity... Last Sunday we went late to Raslouw Lifestyle, we managed to get our things right before they closed. At the last isle, we were looking for Bioter Health vitamins, we searched both vitamin isles but couldn't find them - normally everyone offers to help, but not that day. I told my mum to leave it, we'll get it another time, however she asked an elderly woman with short hair at the phone, they ended up looking in the middle of the last isle, I wasn't paying much attention until she called Martin, the gent with long hair and glasses. I noticed the aggressive look on her face, she said something to him and he said abruptly, "we're out of stock" and they just left... mum told me in the queue that she said, "Martin, ons het genoeg gewerk vandag ..." I never heard it, but I could see the pi$$ed off look on her face - in 2013, we all understand Afrikaans but that kind of bad attitude is not on! I may ask for help rudely I'm not friendly like mum, but it's not possible for mum to be rude, why did they respond to her like that???
