I purchased a dining room suite with 8 chairs in November 2011 and have since had the chairs replaced about 6 times as they keep breaking. I went to the store in June this year to once again complain and was informed that they were going to send someone to check the chairs.
I received a call while I was on my way to the airport in July from a secretary who tried to insist that an assessor was coming out that week to see the goods, however she would not listen to the fact that I would be out the country and no-one would be home.
To date I have had absolutely NO contact from anyone at Coricraft and I am at the point of taking this matter to my attorneys with all costs for this being for the account of Coricraft.
I will never again purchase anything from these people as they go out of their way to get out of their warranties.
