Food market Manager Kirens attitude

On the 16th of December 2013, my friend Ms Annette Van Rooyen and myself Ms Colleen Titus went into the woolies store on the bluff to purchase the vegatable combo for 60-00. When we got to the vegatables there were only onions and butternut the other veggies were sold out. We asked for the manager. Kiren came to attend to us. We explained to him that the sign was still up but all the veggies were not there. He said veggies were sold out because some customers were taking 3 of the same. We then told him the sign was misleading and if he could take potatoes that he had in stock and make 4kg packs. He said he could not do this. At no time did Kiren try and reach a compromise. I found him most unhelpful and arrogant and he had this continnous smirk on his face. I then asked for the STORE MANAGER and Kiren told me he is not in and he is the for FOOD Manager. I then asked for customer service number and after the staff scratching around for the number they gave me this number 021-4073535. It went to voicemail. When i asked one of the staff why they gave me the number knowing it was closed they replied "we confused with the days because we ey were closed yesterday " 15/12/13.
