Ad service and bad products

I went to woolworths for the 5th time this year2take back veggies that had a problem this time there was a fly in it. I went to take the veggies back and stood at the wooden counter with my slip and pack of veggies for 25min before any 1 asked if they could help me most of the staff walked by me and said nothing even the junior manager and normal manager the service at this woolworths is very disappointing this had never happened before it was good when they opened but now not.the manager needed 2 other people to sort out the refund you would think the manager should be able2do this quick for a customer and apologise for any inconvenience that this had caused yet I didnt get much of a apologetic response from him.managers name was blessing. I am very dissapointed in this branch.d
