This is truly something that makes me think that you can trust no one anymore...
I phone foschini head office on 3 December 2013 to make sure i have my correct reference number to make a electronic payment, the guy i spoke to gave me a reference number and i went to make the payment straight away.
A week later (9 December) I received a SMS stating that I missed my payment and i must please make payment now to avoid any bad debt to my name. I immediately phoned them to ask what happened to my payment the guy said oh sorry yes no we see the payment you don't have to worry.
the next day i received a message again i immediately phoned again holding on for over 10 minutes just to hear "eish i cant find your payment" the guy put me through to the supervisor (who promised to Phone me back) who couldn't help me either and never phoned me back.
Today i received a sms again saying i need to pay, i phoned the number provided and spoke to the supervisor there who gave me another number again.
This already cost me more than R100 in airtime to sort out and getting thretened to be put up as a bad payer something i didn't do wrong!!! This is absolutely the worst service EVER!
