Hi. I have been receiving numerous e-mails and SMS's threatening me because according to you I did not stick to our payment agreement. Now, I did, make a payment, as per arrangement, on the 28th of November, but I put my account number as ref by accident. I've phoned about this. I've faxed the proof of payment with the correct reference number. Why can't they sort it out?? That payment must surely be there somewhere??? I refuse to take out a debit order! Have you seen the amount of complaints about people with debit orders? Please sort this out as soon as possible. I'm really tired of being treated like this.
