How Pathetic!!!
I have never seen service this POOR. What happened to customer service? or should I rather ask if this Value "Beares Really Cares" still exist? this is the 5th week what I am awaiting on delivery for a cash sales purchases on a bedroom suite. I now do have a so called "loan set" for the mean while but the set looks battered and with missing peaces (no chair for dressing table or mirror), but nevertheless the client should be great full!!!
Please take note that I do have a dead line.. This sale will be cancelled if not delivered by 2 August 2013 and interest will be charged om my money owed by you.
