I would like to report good service receiving from Constance Manganyi. I placed an order yesterday (Thursday 31/1/2013 at 11:40) for 7 platters to be ready for Saturday at 10:00. She explained to me that the time is a bit to early as the shop only opens at 09:00. She mentioned that 12:00 would be a more appropriate time to pick up as it is 7 platters. Constance went over to another lady who would have to make the platters on Saturday (02/02/2013) morning, the other lady insist that the platters will only be ready by 13:00. That is too late for me, as I need to set the tables for the event that I need the platters. She did not want to know about 12:00, so Constance said not to worry she will come in on Saturday morning to make my platters for me, even though it is her off Saturday. That's going the extra mile to keep a customer happy.
