Being a first time customer of VuvuPlaza, I made sure that I read the advert correctly!
This is what the advert stated:

When this was delivered, all I was sent was 10 refill cartridges. When I complained, the response was that sending 10 and not 30 was their fault. BUT the sale was actually just for the cartridges and not for the e-cigarette. As you can see, nowhere does it state that. It very clearly advertises the e-cigarette.
They have offered to refund the money back onto my credit card, but I am actually not happy with this solution, this is blatant false advertising, and I expect at lease 1 e-cigarette and 20 cartridges to be delivered to me in return. I could be asking for 30 of these, so I'm actually not asking for that much!
Please make sure that this is sorted
