No call back on Omo promotion

I purchased 4 bottles of Omo liquid with the "guaranteed gift" promotion. I smsed on the 5th Dec 2013. Its is now almost 2 weeks later and no one has called me back to make the necessary appointments. I requested 2 free meal vouchers at Cape Town fish market and a manicure and a pedicure through Perfect 10.

Why promote a conductor and "guaranteed free gift" when you do not deliver?
