False OMO promotion of guaranteed free gifts!!

A promotions lady in Pick n Pay Claremont CPT informed of the Omo promotion in which I would get a GUARANTEED free gift if I bought the 2kg pack that day. I bought two packs and dialled the numbers inside the packs over a week ago. I chose the same gift for both (free meal at Cape Town Fish Market) and received an sms saying that I would be contacted within 48 hours to make my bookings. After receiving no call/sms 4 days later, I called in and spoke with a Mr Bell / Bawa who said I must sms my details to him and he would get someone to call me back that day, I sent the sms, no one called me. I called two days later, spoke with Portia, she said she would check wit h the accounts dept and get back to me shortly after 9 that same morning, no one called me. I called the following day again and spoke with Harry, he said he would call me back and wanted to hang up - I asked him how he was going to call me back without having my name and contact details - he then asked for it but then I was really angry as I felt he had been trying to fob me off and so were the other people I had spoken with. I feel that this is purely false advertising run by unprofessional people - feel!!
