OMO washing powders have been a household name for many years, I have only ever used Omo & recently started using Omo Auto Liquid Detergent, a little costly but very effective. On a recent shopping trip to the Store, there was this display, washing machine & all advertising Omo Liquid Detergent with a Big Red Sticker saying Guaranteed Gift! I purchased 2 bottles of the detergent and and sms'd my entries through, claiming the free meal for 1 person at any Cape Town Fish Market. The response after you have entered is that you will be contacted within 48 Hrs to make your booking. My Mom also purchased a bottle & asked me to send her details through, but I told her to wait as it seemed like this was a waste of time! On the 18th July I phoned the customer care line & asked if this was a as I had not received any phone call from them. The lady informed me that it was not a, she confirmed that there were 2 entries for me and informed me that I would be contacted within the next half an hr. Well it is more than a week later & I am still waiting. PATHETIC I WOULD SAY! Gonna paste a sign at the store telling others not to bother entering. Very dissapointed with the Service Shame on U!
