I purchased 4 bottles of Omo liquid with the "guaranteed gift" promotion. I smsed on the 5th Dec 2013. After complaining I received a call from the promotion company who booked my appointments. I received my confirmation sms for my ster-kinekor vouchers however I have not received any confirmation sms for my mani and pedi bookings.

I don't know when and where it is booked - date and time and I have no way of contacting the promotion company in order for me to follow up.

Not efficient at all!
