Exchange incorrect call cards

I purchased 12 Telkom World Call Cards to the amount of R1200. The following day, when I wanted to distribute the call card voucher numbers, it was brought to my attention that it was Telkom Prepaid Vouchers that Lesego Melamu incorrectly issued. I called the manager, Johan, and explained what happened. He invited me to come and exchange the prepaid vouchers. The vouchers was exchanged without any problems. I would like to thank Johan for the friendly, efficient and professional attitude he portrayed, as well as for the exchange so that I could have the correct World Call Cards.
