My delivery cannot be processed

After complaining last week, I was promised by Ryno and Penny that my goods will be delivered on Sat. Since then, no one bothered to contact me to confirmed when exactly the goods will be delivered. I had to still call and speak to Comfort who comfirmed the goods will be at my house between 15H00 and 16H00. I recieved a call from a man called Gary (Supervisor at Campos Transport confirming the guys are on the way to the house), I was driving at the time and promised to call as soon as I could. I called about 20 minutes later, he then said he will give me the driver's number. He did not send the numbers, I had to call again, he said the drivers got lost, he later said they returned the goods to the warehouse as they were damaged. I am disgusted by the incompetence shown by everyone. How can they leave the warehouse without checking that all is in order? I also think there was no stock still and everyone just to me. Today when I call no one knows anything about me. I will never buy from Coricraft nor recommend it to colleagues and family. I am beyond disappointed.
