Staff shortage results in bad customer service

I went to upgrade my cellphone contract yesterday 16/12/1/2013.I was there at about 10. First of all the lady that assisted me was very friendly and she even sang happy birthday to me because it was in fact my birthday. The computers/system were VERY slow. Eventualy at 10:37 I got the sms on my phone to say that the upgrade has been done. From the time I received the sms, 10:37, I waited more that an hour for the papers to sign and to receive the phone. When the lady went to the back to get the papers or the phone every time, it took her more then 15 minutes! She came back with the incorrect phone 3 times!! By the time I left, it was nearly 12 o'clock. This after I complained withthe manager.
