I have received an sms that I owe Leisure books money. My husband phoned Leisure books and spoke to a consultant and told the Lady that whe never had bought anything or ANy item from Leisure Books!!! Not even in the last 6 years.!!! Whe asked for proof of purchase and WHAT whe baught according to them to see IF whe really did buy something. The consultant never came back to us with the informatio during the month of Desember and November 2013 when we spoke to them and tried to resolve the matter!!! Today whe have learbed that they handed us over WITHOUT sending us the proof whe asked for. Whe don't recall ANY purchase made to Leisure books... I want this matter solved and I want to speak to the Director and Regional Manager ASAP because some workers of Leisure books are not responding to my request to resolve this matter. I am very furious and I will hold them Liabel for ANY Legal Fees I have iF I am not the one that is wrong. If I am responsible and I can see that I have bought something I will appologise but I really don't recall ANYTHING baught. Never ever I even had an account reveived to pay just a sudden notice to be handed ove
