Bertha needs to go Customer Service training AGAIN

I bought myself ice cream which is right next 2 the exit. I wanted to eat the ice-cream as soon as possible (preggie cravings). Bertha then told me I should put it with the rest of my groceries. I told her i wanted to eat it right away, that's why i wanted her 2 scan it ASAP, she mumbled and I decided 2have my ice cream, after that i got attitude from ur highness bertha, after swiping my card, she just turned the POS machine and didnt bother 2say a word, I then decided not 2say a word myself and looked her in the eye, and all I got was "PIN". After printing the slip she shoved the paper right infront of me with a pen&looked away.By now I'm irritated I asked what Im meant to do with the paper, she told me? ts obvious, you have to sign "When I asked why didnt she say so in the first place. She had the nerve to tell me, i cant come there and tell her how to do things, thats when I asked 4the manager 2come over, Eugene did come through who then told he would tell the G.M, What is the point of having a manager in store if you he cant handle a simple service complaint? Secondly, I dont appreciate a mere cashier treating me like I came 2 ask for handoves. If Bertha doesnt know customer service then QUIT
