I saw a dress at Rosebank's Big Blue, but unavailable in my size. The lady phoned Brooklyn
branch with luck and arranged that they will keep it for me. They didn't tell us it was damaged and I drove all the way to Brooklyn to buy the dress. I asked the lady for discount and was told that the manager wasn't there to approve. I feel that they had the opportunity to tell me over the phone and give me the chance to decide for myself. Or they could have phoned the manager and try to arrange for discount in the meantime.
I'm a big fan of Big Blue, but this was bad service and poor judgement on their side, knowing that the customer will buy the dress in the end anyway, after driving so far.
