Went to Brooklyn branch on Saturday and bought an oversized dress, was informed Menlyn branch has stock but it would be better for me to go to Menlyn instead of them giving awesome customer service and ordering the dress for me? I went on the website to arrange for delivery service and after struggling with the site sent and email (to the address provided) to ask for the dress to be delivered and am still waiting for a response.

Yesterday afternoon, I phoned Brooklyn branch and the Mall at Reds branch to get them to assist me in the delivery service but after phoning numerous times and no answer I got a little bit frustrated.

Last night, I managed to submit the online request for the dress to be delivered to a branch close to me with still no feedback to advise if it will be delivered or not. Website says it will take three business days, by the rate this is going I am worried I am not going to have the dress in time and that I am going to be doubly charged. I find this really frustrating and am not sure what to do as I need the dress and wont be able to go to Menlyn!
