Before planning my trip from Dbn to Jhb in December I reviewed the pricing on the King Shaka International website for parking fees. For the longterm parking I decided it would be more feasible to park at the airport from the 22/12 to 01/01 than to take a cab back and forth as it would cost no more than R500. Upon returning on the 1st King Shaka had increased their prices which now totalled R860! To top it all, the customer has to pay R60 compared to Lanseria's R35 to clingwrap your luggage due to by ACSA employees (should this service not be complimentary?). Claiming to be a worldclass airline is more like a worldclass rip off!!! I am disgusted at the fact that you would take the festive season as an opportunity to rob your loyal customers.
