Went to the store to buy some airtime, their system was not working properly. I was using my card for the airtime the lady swiped my card twice, when I went to complain I was told it would be reversed same day which was the 1st of december 2013. Went back again on the 3rd, I was told the lady was not at work, I must come back when she is there. I am not pleased with this. It shows that pep cannot balance their banking coz they could see that they were over that night and could not re emburse my money. I really would like this to be sorted soon...
