Refusing to repair my TV without a cash slip

I took my Aim TV to PnP Musgrave because its flickering and it was under guarantee. I told Kevin the manager that i can't find my cash slip and that I know I purchased it on 12-12-2012 from Delsy. He says that they cant do anything to help me coz the supplier wants the cash slip. I am very upset and disheartened because I was a loyal and frequent customer at that branch and the response from the manager was very cold and blunt which left me helpless. They dont want to honour my purchase and guarantee. I have my bank statement as proof and Delsy remembers assisting and processing my sale. I told her to get a copy of the cash slip but she says it's not possible. AIM is PnP housebrand and I think they are just making an excuse and get me to pay for the repairs. Which they cant even give me an estimate for. I tried contacting Consumer Protection but they are closed till Tuesday to find out what are my rights as a consumer. I will be writing to PnP head office to inform them of what has happened and I wont be a customer again. And jus to prove that I already purchased A 24 inch Hisense, which they advertised also, from another supplier. I would appreciate your assistance. Thanks
