Still waiting

I ordered a dvd from look and listen 4 months ago (the lizzy macguire movie) which I paid for in advance. I was told that id be called the minute they get it. Its been 4 months and still no response! It's called courtesy... if you were unable to find it etc I would have expected a phone call to tell me what's up and to keep me posted mxm
