Re-selling Customer Return

Good Day
I purchased a Seagate Central (barcode 7636490041563) from your store today.
My suspicions were already raised when I saw the seal was broken on the box. I know that the seal has to be broken to put a SENSORMATIC anti- tag into the box so I thought, ag OK, let's see.

I got home and connected it to the computer, only to find that this is a customer return that is being re-sold as new.
I also found out who had it before me, was not difficult at all to trace him and found him on Facebook and twitter.

He had entered his GMail address into the device. To protect the person's privacy I will not disclose his e-mail address on this public forum. I will keep his user account on the device so that you can have proof!

Now, I have had, until now, nothing but good service from this store.
What I would like to know is, are you going to give me a discount on this device, because it is now technically used, and I feel a mark-down is in order.

This the first time I have had this happen, I have heard similar stories, now I am sure they are all plausible.
