I pre-ordered a ps4 online last month being assured that I would get it on the release date (13th December). It is now the 17th December and I haven't received my delivery and I still haven't gotten a reference number, email or a phone call explaining whats going on. I phoned the call centre on the 14th to ask why it hasn't arrived and all they told me is that it would come on Tuesday and when I asked them why it wasn't delivered they had no idea. I tried phoning the call centre today but after waiting for a consultant for 10 minutes the line cut off, this happened twice and now I'm to annoyed to try again! I also went into the store to ask them if they could give me one of the shelf instead but they refused and they weren't any help with my delivery situation either. I wouldn't have PRE-ORDERED a playstation if I knew I would be able to go and pick it up in a store before it would be delivered! I'm expecting some form of compensation and delivery today or else I can assure you that I will never shop at CNA again and i will post on all South African gaming forums that I am apart of letting them know what happened and why they shouldn't purchase any gaming goods from CNA either.
