Just want to applaude [URL Removed] on the absolutely great customer service I received from the call centre agents. I had a book that had a misprint, they sent their courier to collect, swapped it out and i am expecting the replacement next week Wednesday. It is very refreshing to have such awesome customer service. Keep up the good work!
