A few days ago i went to the hub to try get one of the items advertised in a newspaper brochure. after wandering around looking lost for a while and not finding it, Xolani approached me. He immediately knew that it had not come in yet but went to check the stores nonetheless. He didn't find it but offered to call me when it came in. i fully expected that would be the end of it. Today I was contacted by Xolani, who informed me the item had come in and asking what size he should hold back. He then even had the foresight to hold a size up and down just in case. Such rare good service really makes a difference. Keep it up!
