I went to your Jet Jabulani Branch on the 20 Aug 13, food some sneakers but wanted them to check for me the size, went to the cashiers and this guy Xolani took the shoes went to the office for an hour then came back and said I must go back to the cashiers and ask them to check for me as he is ndoing delivery and this is not his job, m, I asked him why did he take the shoes for an hour then he said he did his best now he is going to do his job, I waited in the front dest only tw cashiers working Milred Letsiole told me this is not her job but she will ask someone to come and assist me. Paballo came and told me that Xolani is the supervisor and he could have helped me instead of taking me to pillar to post, I started telling them how unphappy m'i about the ser vice then this guy came he said he is the manager and he said he will assist me, he took the shoes and came back after 10 mintues why did Xolani take an hour and stil coem with no feedback, the service at your store is appalling and I don't see muyslef going back there, you have tpls me as a customer.
