EXCELLENT SERVICE

Hi there,

So I ordered a gift set on the 26th of November, with shipping date 10-15days away, which should be in time for Xmas.By now I already know that I should check up on the status of my package, as expected due to the time of year, my package would not be in time for Xmas.

One or two emails later I come across Xolani, I asked him what we can do, he told me he can give me a refund and send the other item on my order. So I told him its a pity because I like supporting them. Numerous calls from Xolani and personal emails later (some calls was after 6pm), he found something similar to the gift set I wanted.

my girlfriend is very happy with her gift, which makes me happy.

If I was his boss, I would give him the day off.
He went out of his way, I know that's there job, but service in this country is poor and we need more people like Xolani.
