I am sure that many of you feel as I do, there just is no service nowadays and all we get as consumers is bad attitude. It is exhausting living in this country dealing with this type of behaviour! Today I was pleasantly suprised and it made my day, I went into Mr Price Home to buy the smallest item imagineable (popcorn holder) and I received the best service from Bafana at the Mr Price Home Fourways Mall. He immediately approached me sensing that I was looking for an item and not having much luck, he showed me where to find the item and then came back to me to ask if I had found the correct size which I had not and he then went to go to fetch the correct size from the stock room. Not only did he know exactly what I was looking for (rare!!!), he also knew what stock they had in store (wow!!!). He had such a great attitude and fantastic manner about him, polite and competent, again rare!!! What a fabulous experience, thank you Bafana for making my day, Gilda
