Putrid service! Card problems at tillpoints

The 23rd November a payment was made of 2500 on my husband's Game account, we subsequently purchased goods valued at 300. Our credit avail reflect 3500 odd, the Sunday the 24th, we visited Game stores in Bayside mall purchased valued at 1500, when we got to the tillpoint, they couldn't read the card, waiting waiting, after being requested to have a new card issued (after an hour) the new card too did not work. Humiliated standing with a full trolley at the till and running back and forth, we were forced to use our budgeted money for the month and pay for the goods cash. The following week again at Game bayside, same story, embarrassed, we ended up paying in cash again. We ph the customer contact centre, and they assured us that we have over 3000 credit avail ready for purchase and that there's no fault with our card. Again at Century, last week stuck for over an half an hour at till point, cant read card...

This is unacceptable, why should I be forced to pay cash, if I have credit on my card but are restricted to use it due to Game's inefficiency ito service/electronic equipments. Cash money lost as well as humiliated. ---- Game this is putrid.
