What will happen next with Game! first the don't grant the card and next they block the card without notifying anyone!
What is more embarrassing than standing at the queue and you cant purchase the goods you packed in your trolley!
After me and my Fiance finally got in front of the queue to purchase the goods we had we were unable to swipe our card as the account was blocked with the message to contact Game head office. The person at head office wanted to speak to my fiance to confirm his cell number which he did not know, he then hung up and we stood there with a queue behind us and we had to leave our goods and leave the store as we didn't have enough cash on us!!
This is really the worse service!!! After settling this account we will definitely close the account!
