Looks like that if this owner does not like your voice over the phone she decide she wont supply you.
The staff has the most bad attitude and they just feel like you own them.
A while ago we eventually got an account to order from them, since a month ago she decide she wont supply us. scrap-booking suppliers are all over and time is ticking soon she will be begging to supply us small businesses as there are rumors of the largest scrapbook supplier is negotiating with overseas factories and they are soon to be in south Africa.
