My younger sister went to olifantsfontein clinic yesterday on the 29-01-2014 around 2 in the afternoon from work when she gets there a nurse guy attended her (LUKAS) not sure about the name but he was only one guy. First he asked why do you come to the clinic this time? What's wrong with you and my sister said I have a problem with my hands and the guy said I don't understand what's you are telling me and he gave her medication without checking her and my sister asked for a letter to show them at work and the guy said I don't have time to write letters I knocked off and she wants this letter to show them at work and the nurse refuse. How can you give patient medication without checking her? How can you be rude to patient because this is the carrier you chose. I tried to call them all the phones were ingage. If people don't want to work they must just they at home and with this attitude brother you don't deserve to work with patient. Is this how you treat patients at the clinic?
