Jet Account security system is flawed. I was at work on Wednesday, then I obtained a phone call from some lady saying she is from Edgars Account and saying they suspected a on my account. when I went to the Jet store I was told someone in Muruleng opened claimed that he/she lost a card and replaced my card, with whatever ID, I just dont know. My question is how can someone get hold of my details, of which is still a puzzl. Because I have my ID with me, and how do if he could have got hold of my ID information. How did he/she knew that I have a Jet Account, and how did she/he knew that my account has enough balance. And I am staying in Gauteng, How did this person in Northwest know about my details. Someone Internally from the account department must have given them my accounts and when they went to the store they knew it has enough balance. Thanks to him, I cant buy for my child chlothes and I am being inconvinience
