Yesterday I went to the Pick'nPay on William Nicol-largely to buy cat food but while there I thought I would look for a nail polish-a matte top coat and the beauty consultant for Rimmel, Mogkadi was just incredible. They didn't have any at the branch we were at but she called several other stores to no avail. However she took down my number and I had just got home (we live about 5 mins away) when she had rung to tell me that she had found it at the Norwood PnP and that they can keep it for me. She even gave me the option of having her manager go to Norwood and buy it for me then I just give her the cash. It was just above and beyond.
She then texted to say that she had asked the beauty consultant to give me a free manicure.
I have nothing but lovely things to say about Mogkadi and her efficiency. She was friendly and helpful and did her job wonderfully. I am so excited to go to Norwood this afternoon and pick up my varnish.
So Thank you Mogkadi and Rimmel.
Rimmel; you have a gem there.
