Where's the Bargain?

I am a very loyal customer to most 'voucher' companies as I feel a good bargain is value for money.
On the 05 July 2013 07:55, I ordered 'Grab a Bag' for R349, this is collection of top quality Yardley, Revlon and Rimmel beauty products.
Each item in the bag had a price, and the total of the bag had a price as well which indicated the total value being R199.99.
I'd like City Slicker to advise where the 'value for money' was in their bag and why I should belive City Slicker has the best interest of their customer's best value.
I feel that I was robbed an I could've easily rather bought it directly for approximatel R150 cheaper (Even the delivery is far less)
