I have been a Rimmel Make Up user for 11 years now.
I have always encouraged my friends and family to use the brand and nobody - not promotion staff or make up consultants have ever been able to sway me.
I was so disappointed when I went to my local Edgars last month to purchase my Rimmel foundation only to find that they had changed the packaging from a squeeze tube to a glass bottle with a pump.
Upon the first use I had splurts coming out of the pump as there were air bubbles in the product. The product appeared thicker than usual and after a few uses I realised that it didn't run to the bottom of the bottle. After a few shakes I could eventually get some product to the bottom of the bottle so that I could use it. But eventually the straw inside the bottle came off from the cap. I had to open the pump and use tweezers to pull the straw out of the bottle and reattach it which wasted quite a lot of product considering the pump and straw was covered in it and I got it all over the tweezers and my hands. Since then I waste a lot of time each morning trying different techniques of getting the product out of the bottle - with cotton buds, eye make brush, etc
