I bought a 3D LED JVC TV at the Richards Bay Branch on Sat (7th Dec), due to work commitments i arranged with the sales man at Richards Bay to collect the TV at The Pavilion Branch. He arranged with Linda at The Pavilion branch to keep one for me as i was buying one at Richard Bay. Arrangement was made to pick it up on Wednesday.
To my dismay and horror, i was notified that the TV has been sold and there was non available for me. I had to go back home empty handed even though i had paid for the TV in cash. It's disappointing that an arrangement has been made and to find that the TV has been sold. Now i have to wait two more days while they try to locate another TV at another store which will be out of my way and an inconvenience.
