Completely mislead

Yesterday I damaged my phone irreparably and as I qualify for an upgrade, I promptly checked Vodacom's website for deals. I clicked on the Vodacom World link and broused through the brochure. Upon realising a fantastic deal with the caption: available at Incredible Connection, I promptly rushed to Incredible Connection at Blue Route mall. The consultant there was helpful, but couldn't find the deal on their system. She completed my paperwork and asked me to return this morning by which time she would have followed up with her head office. When I arrived this morning, she advised me that their cellular buyer, Garth Davies told her that the offer is only available at Incredible Connection in Vodacom World Johannesburg. I am extremely upset and feel completely mislead by the advert. I've read through the brochure and no where does it state that the deal is only available in Johannesburg. Needless to say, I still haven't upgraded and I intend reporting this to the Consumer Protector.
