I have logged a quiery 3 times with Edgars regarding charges to my account which i am not aware of, no respomse was provided to me. Again a cellphone insurance policy was taken on my account when a purchase was made on my acount to purchase a cellphone. My account has been sitting with an amount due of R337, for the cellphone policy. this is really frustaring as it is DEcember time and i need to make purchse on my account as i have paid my installment due.
