I'm disappointed by the Manager at Legit Gateway

I am writing to express my severe disappointment about the unsatisfactory service that I received yesterday when I wanted to return an item at one of your stores in Gateway Mall.

Allow me to state that I am a loyal customer of Legit.
I got the most dreadful service from your store manager (Zama Zimbovu). Who was not efficient at all, has a chip on her shoulder and acted very unprofessionally. When i asked for HER name - the first thing she said was "Noma unga ngiReporter eHead office anginandaba".
Just to loosely translate "even if you report me at the Head Office I DON'T CARE".
I love Legit but to be treated with such disrespect is totally unacceptable. (such arrogance).
She went as went as far as to insult my intelligence in full view of other costumers and her co-workers. rudely told me that I won't get any refund and I should go sell the dress on the street. Then she just left me hanging and carried on with something else and just pretended I wasn't even standing in front of her.
I expected a much higher level of service from her as the store manager.
I need a refund frm you guys.
I had to walk out of your store with a tail between my legs and displeased :(
