Payment not reflecting

Good day

on the 07/12/2013 my Wife went to Edgars Randfontein to make a cash payment of R420.00 however the amount is not reflecting -Since Monday I have been battling to sort this and was advised to e-mail the proof of payment to Beverley Nkwe -bnkwe [Email Removed] which I did on Monday Afternoon to date no response from Beverley or Edcon and my account is still not sorted ..
