I went to GAME to buy a lock for my gate. I walked to the locks and quickly found the one I was looking for. The price indicated above where the lock was hanging indicated "R80.00". At the till this lock was rung up for "R130.00". I consulted the cashier and she just said? s it the same code? ". I went to the shelve only to find that the correct price for the lock I was looking for was above the locks hanging two rows to the left of where the lock I was looking for was hanging. This is not the first time this has happened and I do not see any reason why the customer needs to go searching around for the correct price and code when shopping, It should be right from the start. I queried this issue with the manager on duty but he wasn't helpful at all. After agreeing that he would also expect to only pay "R80.00" if he was to buy the lock, he only said that they must talk to the guy packing the shelves. NO further assistance was offered.
I am not sattisfied with the service given by GAME Secunda. The new store in the new mall is not off to a good start and how they keep customers is beyond me..
